Service definitions

Our monthly programs (Voice, Engine, Studio) and our Case Study Sprint are described on the Pricing page. The scope of each engagement is set in a signed statement of work that supersedes these terms where they differ.

Payment terms

Monthly programs are billed in advance, with a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum, programs continue month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. The Case Study Sprint is billed in full on engagement.

Intellectual property

All content we deliver is the client property upon final delivery and payment. We retain the right to anonymize and discuss our work in case studies and marketing, with client permission for any identifying details.

Confidentiality

Mutual confidentiality applies. We do not publicly attribute client work without permission. Interview recordings, transcripts, and draft materials are treated as client confidential.

Cancellation

Post-minimum, cancel any time with 30 days written notice.

Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes directly. If that fails, mediation in the jurisdiction of our principal office is the next step before any other action.
