A small content writing agency built for clients who care about craft.

Why we built ContentSplash

Most B2B content writing has become a volume game. Agencies optimize for output. Freelancers optimize for utilization. AI tools optimize for speed. The result is a market full of content that all sounds the same.

We built ContentSplash because there's a different kind of buyer, one who cares more about whether the content sounds like their executive than whether they got twenty pieces this month. That buyer has fewer places to go now than they did five years ago.

We're a small operation by design. Our craft is a decade of working with senior leaders at top firms. Our methodology starts with a 90-minute interview and ends with content that reads like the person it's attributed to. We don't try to be the biggest content shop on the market. We try to be the one a marketing manager calls when they've been burned by the others.

What we believe

A short list of positions that shape how we work.

AI is a research tool, not a writer.

We use it heavily for research and structuring. We don't use it to generate content. Audiences can tell the difference. So can the executives we write for.

Voice fidelity is the hardest part.

Most ghostwriting fails one test: it doesn't sound like the person it's attributed to. We spend more time on voice calibration than any other part of the process.

The expert is the source.

Content built from a vague brief is content built from nothing. We start with a 90-minute interview because everything downstream depends on having real material to work from.

Smaller is better.

A small team produces more consistent work than a large one. We've kept ContentSplash deliberately constrained. We turn down work when capacity is full instead of stretching the bench.

The Practice Manager owns the relationship.

Every engagement runs through one person who knows the client end-to-end. No account executive layer. No handoffs between sales and delivery.

How we operate

Every engagement is owned by a single Practice Manager who runs the relationship from kickoff through delivery. The Practice Manager handles communication, scheduling, the Expert Interview kickoff, content calendar approvals, and the editorial layer that sits between our writers and the client.

Behind the Practice Manager is a small bench of senior writers and editors, assigned to client engagements based on industry fit, writing style match, and capacity. The bench has been working together for years. The work flows through a single project management system. Nothing is ad-hoc.

We work with a limited number of clients at any given time. When we're full, we say so.
