The Expert Interview

Every engagement starts here. A 90-minute structured conversation between your executive and one of our senior interviewers. Recorded, transcribed, and mined for every piece of content that follows.

Most agencies do 30-minute intake calls. They walk away with topic ideas and a vague sense of voice. We walk away with a quarter of source material: stories from actual decisions, frameworks the executive has built without realizing it, contrarian positions they hold but rarely articulate, pattern recognition from years of experience that AI can't replicate.

This is the difference. The reason most ghostwritten content doesn't sound like the executive is that the writer never had enough material to work from. We solve that on day one.

Between deep interviews, we do shorter Fresh Take calls of 20 to 30 minutes monthly, to capture reactions to current events, hot takes, recent client conversations. These keep the content rhythm tight without consuming executive time.

Everything starts with the Expert Interview. Stories, frameworks, opinions, references to past work, hot takes, all surfaced and recorded. We also collect existing voice samples so the writing team can calibrate. By the end of week one, we have everything we need to write three months of content that sounds exactly like the executive.

Craft

Our writers, senior people who've been doing this for years, turn the source material into content. Each piece is drafted to your program specifications: LinkedIn posts, long-form articles, case studies, white papers. We use AI to research and organize. We don't use AI to generate final content.

Edit

Every piece passes through a senior editor before it reaches you. The editor checks voice fidelity, factual accuracy, structure, and craft. We catch the things writers can't catch in their own work. The editorial layer is the single most important quality difference between us and a freelancer.

Publish

Content ships publishing-ready: formatted, proofed, with a clear recommended publish date. Every major deliverable comes with one bonus asset, a five-LinkedIn-post series from a long-form article, a carousel script from a case study, an executive summary from a white paper.
